The latest harvest from my plots at Ballina Community Garden.

Organic vegetables from my kitchen garden at the local community garden.

Organic carrots and brassicas greens.

Brassicas are a family of vegetables, known to for their disease-fighting substances. Like all veggies, they’re a good source of fibre, and contain a variety of other essential vitamins and minerals. They’re also low in calories, fat, and sodium. You may know them better as cruciferous vegetables, which they’re commonly called.

Get in touch with me and join one of my workshops to learn how to grow your own organic kitchen garden!
